7 cm, questa è la misura che il 12 Novembre 2019 ha separato Venezia dalla storia; una storia che però positiva non è. Una storia che sa di paura, disastro e sconforto. Una città piegata dalla natura, l'acqua alta. Alle 23:20 ha toccato i 187 cm, molto vicina a quella storica del 1966 che arrivò a ben 194 cm.
Un fenomeno quello dell'acqua alta che ha sempre creato disagi a Venezia, e che per verificarsi serve la combinazione di luna, vento (scirocco) e, appunto, marea.
A protezione della città è stato ideato il Mose, costruzione costituita da delle porte subacque che all'occasione di alzano bloccando l'entrata dell'acqua in laguna. Questa opera però, non è ancora stata finita, e la rabbia dei veneziani si sfoga sopratutto su di lui.
I disagi adesso sono tanti, i danni inquantificabili, ma Venezia è forte e sicuramente tornerà a ruggire di nuovo.

To protect the city people invented the "Mose", consisting of same doors that emerge from the water and block the incoming tide. The "Mose" is not working now, and the venetians vent their anger to this opera.
The discomforts are so many, the damages are unquantifiable, but Venice is strong and for sure will roaring again.
